This is my first message to the community since I have started in my new position as YOUR Executive Director. Today is Day #11 of what I hope will be a long and productive, impactful and amazing tenure here at the JFED of Western CT.It can only be so if I am successful in my LISTENING & LEARNING TOUR. In my first 100 days here I want to meet with as many of you as possible. One on one, a small group,lunch, dinner, coffee/tea, a walk or a visit to your home or the Federation offices - they are beautiful. My goal is to meet with at least 50 people. As I say in the video, I want to hear your story, learn who you are and why you are at all connected to the Federation. Whether you support us financially, or not; whether you gave back in 2012 or you give every year; whether you came to one event or come to them all; YOU are considered to be a member of the Federation. YOUR Federation and I need to learn who you are and learn about your Jewish connections. AND Most importantly... What can I do to help you connect with the Federation?
